Hey!

I'm Vickie and I've been at Cloud a fair few years now. 

Coming from the FM world, I started off in operations with Cloud but switched paths 4 years in, and started a career in Human Resources. You're probably thinking - is she mad?! - but my exposure to the operational world has really helped me navigate a career in HR. 

I’m involved in delivering our overall people strategy and get to work on some fantastic people projects. These projects have been incredibly valuable to my career and given me opportunities I’m sure I wouldn’t have had elsewhere. My day-to-day could involve anything from onboarding new employees, getting involved in employee initiatives, focussing on recruitment, or providing advice to managers. No two days are ever the same!

I've had the opportunity to work with talented individuals (past and present), to learn and develop skills and gain qualifications. Most of all though, I've had some great experiences with my work colleagues; from working in Madrid to recording a song in a professional recording studio (random right?!). There is always fun to be had here.
