Hi!

I've been with Cloud since 2019. I started in recruitment but now cover all things People & Culture, specialising in the IT side of the business. 

I'm very lucky to work with some great people in our team, and the think I value the most is the ability to have honest and open discussions between us.

I'm very into systems and am a bit of a magpie when it comes to shiny new things (love them!), but I like to think this helps in our aim of being a forward thinking, tech-savvy business. 

Overall, I'd say if you enjoy being given an objective but taking initiative and getting it done, Cloud might be the place for you. I'd recommend it (but then of course i'd say that...!)
