I spent my first 5 years at Cloud working in our helpdesk and account management teams in customer-facing roles. Last year a new opportunity arose for a software tester within our IT department. They needed someone that really understood our customers and our systems, so my previous experience was ideal.

My new role involves replicating any software bugs before they are logged, running user testing programmes, usability and quality assurance in our software. Having the support to pursue a new career in a completely different area of the business has been great and I’m really enjoying the change.

Having a job that fits with my lifestyle matters a lot to me. I enjoy the ‘good life’ and have a flock of chickens, three dogs and would love to have more animals in the future. I also enjoy growing vegetables and spending time in the garden. Working from home and flexible hours makes all of this possible.
