"I joined Cloudfm shortly after graduating from a Master’s in marketing. There's no such thing as a typical day – it could be anything from market research to website management, overseeing film shoots or planning social media campaigns. Getting involved in such a big range of activities has really helped build my skills.
I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic and taking the time to look after my health is really important to me. I love that Cloudfm gives me the flexibility to exercise when it suits me."

Louise, Software Tester
"I spent my first 5 years at Cloudfm working in customer-facing roles. Last year a new opportunity arose for a software tester within our IT department. They needed someone that really understood our customers and our systems, so my previous experience was ideal.
My new role involves replicating any software bugs before they are logged, running user testing programmes, usability and quality assurance in our software. Having the support to pursue a new career in a completely different area of the business has been great and I’m really enjoying the change."

"As a customer service advisor, it’s my role to give customers the best possible experience by ensuring their maintenance issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. I recently took on the additional role of Champion which means I train and mentor any new starters on our helpdesk as well as championing great customer service. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my new colleagues and seeing them grow in confidence. Several people that I trained up have since progressed to new roles at Cloudfm which gives me a real sense of satisfaction."

Megan, Key Account Supervisor
"I’m a real people person and so I choose to work at one of our offices at least a couple of days a week. Our collaboration hub is a great space to work. Hot desking means you get to sit with different people every time you come in. There’s even a games room and cafe where you can take some time out. And if you’re not close to the office there are regular virtual get togethers too.
For me it’s the people I work with that matters the most. We’ve got a really great culture at Cloudfm – everyone is approachable and supportive – and I’ve made some great friends at work. Everyone works hard, but we find time to have fun too.”
