Technical Projects Administrator

The role of Technical Projects Administrator is to support the wider technical team and Client’s by ensuring that all relevant administrative processes are undertaken quickly and accurately. Collaborating closely with both internal teams and supply chain partners to drive excellent performance.
We're looking for someone on a part-time basis working 32 hours per week, ideally Tuesday to Friday, however we are open to discussions on the working pattern so long as a Friday is covered.
What you'll be doing day to day
Working closely with a team of Technical Project Managers to review project performance and discuss any issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key supply chain partners and internal teams.
Respond to queries, issues, and requests for information regarding project work.
Formulate work in progress reports and follow up overdue quotes.
Identify under-performing SCP’s, consulting with our technical team.
Produce regular client status reports.
Identify system improvements for greater automation and efficiencies for the consultancy portal.
Update event notes on building portals.
Log new tasks & upload information for completion.
Close tasks on building portals
Upload quotes to building portals.
Place purchase orders to contractors where necessary.
Ensure necessary RAMS are submitted by SCPs before commencement of work.
Ensure invoice processing for closed work.
What you'll bring to the table
Strong administrative experience and skills
A background in project management and/or facilities management is desirable
