Key Account Advisor
As a Key Account Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of a key client account.
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Key Account Advisor to join our team.
If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have experience in a client-facing role—ideally within Facilities Management—we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
As a Key Account Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of a key client account. You’ll be the first point of contact for any client queries, issues or escalations, working closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and issues
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
Monitor the operational performance of the account and flag any issues
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and client information
Support the Account Manager in producing reports and identifying improvements
Approve uplifts and follow up on overdue tasks
Attend operational meetings and site visits with the client
Support new user and site set-up on our systems
Contribute to client-related projects as required
What we’re looking for
Experience in a client-facing role
Knowledge of Facilities Management (preferred)
