Putting the candidate experience firmly at the centre of everything we do, the role of Recruitment Business Partner will lead the successful sourcing of high quality, capable and culturally aligned talent.
Together with the Head of HR, you will create and maintain a strong employer brand, advising and guiding line managers and work closely with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
Responsibilities:
• With the support of the Head of HR the Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for devising
and executing the recruitment strategy across the business for all hires
• Advise and support hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation and selection methods
• Responsible for the recruitment of all permanent and temporary hires, including the development
of assessment centres
• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs
• Use the Job Evaluation framework for benchmarking new roles and providing benchmark salary
bands, ensuring all requisition requests are supported by a role profile
• Develop sourcing strategies using optimal advertising media and online channels
• Proactively manage the preferred supplier list (PSL) of recruitment agencies and rates
• Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
• Proactively use and maintain Teamtailor (our applicant tracking system)
• Identify process improvements across the recruitment function
• Identify processes for fair and inclusive selection criteria
• Track and manage recruitment costs
• Provide and interpret recruitment reports identifying trends and hotspots
• Ensure that the required regulatory standards are adhered to in conducting and recording the
necessary pre-employment checks and that structures, systems and documentation are in place to
support
• Maintain and develop recruitment related policies and procedures on a periodic basis in line with company and legislative requirements.
Specialist knowledge and qualifications
Experienced recruiter, managing the full recruitment life cycle
Experience of working with a diverse range of assessment methods
Experience of managing and maintaining an applicant tracking system
